Pike Road is a relatively new public school with an ambitious purpose. Our initial contract for RoundTable advisory of the principal, assistant principal, and lead learners (as their faculty are referred to as) in best practices in instruction and in project-based learning with rigor. As the pandemic hit, RoundTable was able to help Pike Road pivot into virtual instruction offering virtual workshops during faculty meetings and virtual instructional coaching via Zoom and Google Meet. At the start of the school year, a RoundTable Team of 3 consultants covered live on-site, live virtual, and recorded professional growth opportunities in relevant, just in time topics for the Pike Road lead learners.
Strategic Project Management

In the pandemic, Westminster realized that it could push fast forward on strategic projects its team had been planning. They enlisted RoundTable in the midst of the pandemic to research and execute the development of best practices in synchronous virtual learning. Then RoundTable assisted in setting up an online Christian academy for Westminster so it could serve students across the country. Now RoundTable is helping the executive team with guidance on enrollment strategies, the future of college admissions, and faculty master class development.
